Q. Is this Legal?
A. As of now, there is no statement made by World of Warcraft to directly imply that using such a service is violating their TOS. Gamepath does not modify or change any WOW client side configuration so you are safe from being called a hacker / exploiter by Blizzard! Nobody has been banned by using this.

Q. Does Gamepath support my country?
A. Yes. Gamepath will work for anyone around the World, our servers are hosted in America which is where the World of Warcraft servers are at as well. If you have no problem playing WOW, you have no problem using Gamepath!

Q. Can I test it before I subscribe?
A. Yes. There is a trial account setup which anyone can use however it will disconnect automatically every system clock hour.

Just login to any server using:

Q. What payment modes do you accept?
A. Internationally, payments from Paypal and Credit Cards are accepted. A new Code Pin system which has been recently developed will also be available soon at game retail shops in Singapore and Malaysia.

Q. Can you guarantee 100% uptime?
A. Gamepath's hosting guarantees 99.9999% uptime so that's what we can also assure you. If any downtime occurs, the time lost will be added to your account.

Q. Is my game account and password secure?
A. The techniques used by Gamepath are also commonly practiced in safe, secure network environments. All game data traffic between you and our server is encrypted via SSH. On top of all that, all Gamepath servers also have a stringent firewall in place between the Server and World of Warcraft Game Server and we do not monitor your network traffic.

Q. Do you support Mac users??
A. Gamepath supports Mac. We recommend users to use WoW2GO for hassle free setup!

Q. Do you support the Blizzard in-game voice chat?
A. Previously we did not, but special thanks to Hock Leong, who discovered a work around for it, we now do! (via Sockscap only)

Q. Will Gamepath lag?
A. Most of the time lag occurs when users suck up each other's bandwidth. Which is often the case with our competitors. With the exception of routing problems that can happen to anyone beyond our control, our servers are QOS checked and well maintained so that everyone enjoys the full dedicated bandwidth benefit of Gamepath!

Also, in the event of a lag spike or bad connection for reasons beyond customer and our control, you can just hop to another server cluster and change back to your favourite server at a later date!

Q. Why does my lag shoot up instead of going down when I use Gamepath?
A. How the WoW client works is that it caters and allows for playability with minimal bandwidth throughput. Meaning even if your connection is slow or unstable, you will still be able to play despite the bad ping. Well the downside is that even if your net is good, your ping is still going to be bad.

Gamepath works the opposite. It doubles your bandwidth throughput in exchange for good ping. Sadly, that also means that if your connection is bad or you have a routing issue at the moment, your ping will become even worse off than without it because you are unable to sustain the bandwidth requirements for Gamepath to produce lowered ping. 99% of the time when this occurs, it is usually due to your ISP or connection and is out of Gamepath's control, in which case we recommend you to test out other Gamepath servers to switch the routing.
